- Coarse salt and cracked black pepper
Grilled vegetables (see recipe)
Allow steaks to rest at room temperature at least 2 hours prior to cooking. Heat outdoor grill or indoor skillet to medium-high heat. Generously sprinkle steaks with salt and pepper and grill about 6 minutes each side for medium rare.
