- 4 (6-ounce) rib-eye steaks, 1 1/2-inches thick
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Sea salt and freshly cracked pepper
Preheat grill to high; lightly oil grill and reduce to medium-high heat. Lightly brush steaks with olive oil and generously sprinkle with salt and pepper. Grill steaks 6 to 8 minutes per side for medium rare. Remove from grill. Cover and let stand 20 minutes before serving.
