Pulled pork sandwich
This beautiful pulled pork sandwich needs nothing but salt, pepper and a good time to roast. It's delicious.
1 (4-pound) Canadian pork shoulder blade roast, boneless
Coarse salt and fresh ground pepper, to season
10 hamburger buns
Rub pork with salt and pepper. Allow roast to stand at room temperature 1 hour before grilling.
Preheat oven to 250°F. Place pork roast into dutch oven and bake covered for 3 hours. Check roast and increase heat to 300°F for 1 more hour, covered. Transfer pork to cutting board. Tent with foil and let rest 25 minutes. Using two forks, pull pork into shreds. Place meat on bun and serve.
