  • 1/2 package (4-ounce) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 1/2 cup shredded aged white cheddar cheese
  • Freshly cracked pepper, to garnish
  • Grapes and crackers, to serve


In medium bowl, combine cream cheese, mozzarella and cheddar. Transfer cheese mixture into small crock or large ramekin. Sprinkle with pepper. Cover and chill at least 30 minutes. Serve with grapes and crackers.
