  • 8 slices prosciutto
  • 1/3 cup pure maple syrup
  • Cracked black pepper, to taste

Preparation

Preheat oven to 375°F. Place prosciutto on parchment lined baking sheet. Brush with maple syrup and sprinkle with cracked pepper. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until prosciutto is crispy.
