- Prep Time
- 1/2 cup plain low fat yogurt
- 1/4 cup mango nectar
- 1 cup frozen mango pieces
- 1 small ripe banana, peeled, sliced
Place all ingredients in a blender and purée until smooth; pour into glasses and serve.
Mango nectar comes in small cans and is available in the Asian section of your super- market. Can be substituted with orange juice.
