- Pizza dough recipe (see directions)
- Fresh Rosemary, chopped
- Extra-virgin olive oil to drizzle
- Tomato sauce for dipping
Preheat oven to 400°. Prepare dough as in basic dough recipe and when rising time is complete, place dough onto floured surface and roll to approximately 1/2-inch thickness. The dough can be cut into strips and twisted or cut into squares or simply stretched in your hand. Place onto parchment-lined baking sheet, brush with extra-virgin olive oil and sprinkle with coarse salt or chopped fresh rosemary, or simply leave it bare. Bake for 8–10 minutes.
Serve with good tomato sauce or small dish equal parts extra-virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
