Ginger and blood orange martini
2 ounces vodka
1/2 ounce Cointreau
1 ounce freshly squeezed blood orange juice
1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
Candied ginger slice, to garnish
In a cocktail shaker with ice, shake together all ingredients except garnish. To serve, strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with candied ginger slice. Serves 1.
