Butter lettuce and cucumber salad with buttermilk dill dressing
 

Ingredients

1 head butter lettuce, washed

1/2 English cucumber, sliced

Buttermilk dill dressing

1/4 cup mayonnaise

1/2 cup sour cream

1/2 cup buttermilk

2 tablespoons cider vinegar

1 tablespoon finely chopped parsley

1/4 cup chopped fresh dill

2 teaspoons Dijon mustard

2 teaspoons sugar

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/8 teaspoon freshly ground pepper


Preparation

For dressing, in medium bowl, combine

all ingredients until well blended. Cover

and chill 30 minutes prior to using. Can be

stored in refrigerator up to 3 days.

To assemble salad, divide lettuce and

cucumbers among 4 plates. Drizzle

dressing over salad. Serves 4.
