A fresh and delicious spin on guacamole.
2 avocados, pitted and skin removed
1⁄2 cup sour cream
juice of 1 lime
1⁄4 teaspoon coarse salt
In food processor fitted with steel blade, process all ingredients until smooth. Place plastic wrap directly over the surface (to prevent browning) and refrigerate until ready to use. Best if used the same day. Makes 1 cup.
