When it comes to cooking, there are two secrets that will always ensure success–getting organized and starting with the finest ingredients.
To keep it easy, prep the recipes ahead of time; chop vegetables, make sauces, and cook the rice. When the girls arrive all you have to do is bake the salmon, sauce the prawns, garnish the rice and toss the noodles. Then set everything out in pretty platters and dishes.
